East Tennessee Cheer & Gymnastics has been involved in the competitive cheerleading and gymnastics industries for nearly 20 years. As a mainstay in the Tri-Cities region for young athletes, we go beyond just coaching your child, but instead instill positive work ethic, team building, and leadership skills to help serve them both in the gym and throughout their lives. We have successfully trained athletes from all over East TN, Southwest VA, and as far as North Carolina utilizing a blend of traditional an​d up-to-date methods in our training programs. 
Our goal at East Tennessee Cheer & Gymnastics is to build the best atmosphere ​possible for our students to not only succeed athletically, but to thrive as adolescents in a positive, family-friendly environment. Our highly trained and qualified instructors will help your child learn and develop based on their individual strengths and weaknesses. From preschool gymnastics to cheerleading and tumbling, plus our awesome Competitive Teams, we strive to provide a quality experience for everyone, whether beginners or advanced athletes.
